The Department aims, on one hand to promote the sports & other youth activities to harness the youth power of excellence character, on the other hand it is also responsible for preserving and promoting the tremendous diversity and richness of cultural heritage and ethics of the State. These twin tracks of mental and bodly characteristics focused for enriching the social, cultural and intellectual life of the youth of the state.
